Holding an EMBA from IMD in Switzerland and a background in Chemistry, he served as CEO at BIOTEC (Germany), a leading European biopolymer compounder until February 2024, where he was accredited for establishing a thriving business development department, launching five new products and patents within three years. He also enhanced organizational efficiency, enabling scalability without extra resources, and fostered a culture of risk-taking and innovation.
Notably, he chaired the European Bioplastic Association in 2022 and 2023.
